INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure that the surface will be re-coatings was dry, clean, free from dust, rust, oil, paint residual, and dirt.

"Use Powershield 1 COMPONENT (PS-188) as a base layer to fill small holes on the application surface. Wait till the base layer enough dry (± 15 minutes). For the second layer use Powershield PS-188 transversely coated with thickness 0.2 - 0.4 mm."

"1. For micro cracks (<2 mm) coated with powershield ps-188, a thickness 0.5 mm.
2. For cracks > 2 mm, use it Powershield 2 COMPONENT (PS-199)
3. For applications in areas with potential to crack, use fibre tape or fiberglass matt above the first layer when it is still wet and then coat it again with Powershield PS-188 when it is dry."

Elastic Waterproof Coating
PS-188 is a single component leak-proof coating with liquid based. PS-188 consist of elastic polymeric material (styrene acrylic) which able to accommodate movement on substrate. As a multipurpose coating material, PS-188 was specially formulated can be used to cover & decorate at once. Provide a waterproof coating on the exterior surface with two layers coating. PS-188 is available in plastic pail packaging 20 kg, 4 kg and 1 kg.
