"Prepare sloof beam & footing. Pull thread between walls angle by using waterpass / spirit level.
Then prepare Powerbond SCREED (PRO-788R) mortar mixture as a floor base surface, spread evenly."
Put Powerblock AAC Block above the Powerbond PRO-788R mortar mixture. Push it until the thickness of the Powerbond PRO-788R mortar mixture up to average with thread surface. Check again the flatten of AAC Block with waterpass.
Put Powerbond THINBED (PRO-889) mortar into water in a bucket / pail. Stir with stir mixture / electronic stinner until blended well and good consistency obtained.
"Put the vertical side of block with Powerbond PRO-889 mortar.
Put the block on each end of the wall, then check again the flatten with waterpass."
"Clean up block surface every put up a new layer.
Pull thread to get the wall straightness.
Use trowel according to width size of the block."
"Apply Powerbond PRO-889 mortar in vertical direction and also horizontal direction of blocks.
Make sure that the surface AAC Block cover by Powerbond PRO-889 stir mortar."
"Clean the rest of stir Powerbond PRO-889 mortar by using Trowel or Cement Spoon.
Use the rest of stir Powerbond PRO-889 mortar to adding the Block holes."
